Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) on business days are processed the same day or next business day
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
Extended Processing Periods
During certain periods, order processing may take longer than usual:

Delivery Information
Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of e-bikes, a signature is typically required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package. If you are not available, the carrier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Important: Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery:

Check the outer packaging for visible damage, dents, or holes

If the package appears damaged, photograph the damage before opening

If severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately

Open the package and inspect the e-bike for any damage

Customs & Import Duties
European Union Countries
Orders shipped to EU member states are dispatched from our European warehouse. This means: no customs fees, no import duties, and no VAT surprises. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
United Kingdom
Orders to the UK are shipped from our European warehouse. Depending on the shipping method and value, import duties and VAT may apply. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Non-EU European Countries
For countries outside the EU (Norway, Switzerland, etc.), import duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations. These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated fees.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Address Changes
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at support@kimdyma.com. We will do our best to update your shipping address.
After Shipment: Once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup from a local depot.
Order Cancellations
Within 1 Hour: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of placement.
After 1 Hour (Before Shipment): Cancellation may be possible, but you may be responsible for any processing or handling fees incurred.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return options.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, we aim to ship them together to minimize delivery complexity. However, some items may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or size constraints. You will receive a separate shipping notification for each shipment.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, KINDYMA is not responsible for replacement or refund

Shipping Outside Europe
Currently, KINDYMA ships primarily to European countries. If you require shipping to a destination outside Europe, please contact us at support@kimdyma.com before placing your order. We will assess availability and provide a shipping quote if possible.
