What you need to know before you order a part.
Parts either fit your bike or they do not — which is why the bar at the top asks for your frame first. Some you can swap at home; others want a workshop. The spare battery and charger fit all three bikes; some parts belong to one frame only.
Some parts are a straight swap you can do at home; others want a workshop. Where a part needs professional fitting, its product page says so before you buy, so you know what you are taking on before you spend anything.

The parts here are chosen for the K01 Titan X, the K02 Aurora S and the K03 Ranger. The spare battery is the same 48 V 20 Ah, 960 Wh pack with Samsung cells that all three bikes use, removable with a key lock, and the 48 V 4 A charger fits all three.
Some parts belong to one frame only. The bottom-bracket torque sensor is for the K01 and K02 — the K03 uses a speed sensor instead. Each product page shows which of the three bikes a part fits; if yours is not among them, ask us rather than assume.
Most accessories — racks, lights, locks, a second charger — you can fit yourself without affecting the warranty. The warranty covers the motor, battery and frame, not whether you added a pannier.
Where a part needs professional fitting to stay covered, its product page says so before you buy. The torque sensor, for instance, sits in the bottom bracket and wants a workshop — fit it wrong and you can damage the frame or the sensor itself, which is why that one asks for a professional.

The bottom-bracket torque sensor fits the K01 and K02 — the K03 uses a speed sensor instead, which is not sold separately. Fitting it wants a bottom-bracket tool, a torque wrench and the torque spec for your frame. If you do not have those, ask a workshop rather than risk cracking the frame by over-tightening or having it slip because it is loose.

Use only the charger supplied with your bike or an official replacement — third-party chargers can damage cells. Charge in a dry place between roughly 10–30°C; charging a cold battery (near or below freezing) damages it, so let it warm to room temperature first.
Never leave a battery charging unattended overnight or while away from home. Charge where you can see it, on a hard, non-flammable surface, away from anything that burns. Unplug when full.
Store the battery at roughly 50–70% charge if the bike will sit unused for weeks. Check it every month or two and top it up if it has dropped below half.

Racks fit or they do not — the bar at the top asks for your bike first so anything that will not fit goes grey, with the reason on it. Batteries travel by road, not air. ART-2 and Sold Secure ratings are printed where they apply, because an insurer will ask.

Unsere werden an diesen drei Rahmen gemessen, statt sie anzunehmen – und jede Produktseite druckt die zwei Dinge ab, die Sie prüfen sollten, bevor Sie etwas kaufen, egal ob von uns oder nicht.
Ja. Die Montage eines Gepäckträgers, eines Schlosses, einer Beleuchtung oder eines Ladegeräts ändert nichts an Ihrem Garantieanspruch, auch nicht bei Teilen, die nicht von uns stammen. Das Einzige, was die Garantie beendet, ist das Öffnen des Akkus.
Für alles, was über Nacht draußen gelassen wird, möchte ein Versicherer normalerweise eine ART-2- oder Sold Secure Gold-Bewertung – die Produktseiten tragen die Bewertung anstelle des Wortes „sicher“. Ein Rahmenschloss ist für die zwei Minuten vor einem Geschäft und kein Ersatz.
Nein. Weder im Frachtraum noch im Handgepäck, bei keiner von uns verkauften Größe. Der Versand erfolgt auf dem Landweg, weshalb ein Akku auch nicht per Expressversand am nächsten Tag verschickt werden kann.
Alles, was wir verkaufen, wird mit den benötigten Schrauben und dem Datenblatt mit den Drehmomentangaben geliefert. Was im Karton enthalten ist, steht auf jeder Seite.
Vierzehn Tage, und wir holen es ab. Aber der Punkt des Balkens oben auf dieser Seite ist, dass es nicht so weit kommen sollte.
