Where to buy & who services

Not where. Whether.

Two ways to buy one and they are not the same relationship. A shop has an address, opening hours and a bike you can sit on. A listing has a platform, a shipping list, and one fact that matters more than the price: who handles the warranty.

The two parts that are ours are the battery pack and the torque sensor. Everything else is a catalogue part on a standard fastener. Why you may not need us

In a shop

What do you need?

Every partner services. Not every one holds stock, and not every one keeps a bike you can ride before you buy it — so that is the filter, rather than a radius.

0 shops showing. Distances are not listed because a shop 40 km away that holds a test bike beats one round the corner that does not.

No shops listed yet. Write to us and we will tell you who is nearest — and whether you need one at all.

Before you drive anywhere

You do not need a partner for most of this

The bike is built out of catalogue parts on standard fasteners, on purpose — a bike only its maker can repair is a bike with an expiry date.

Any bike shop, for the ordinary workBrakes, gears, wheels, bearings, tyres. Standard fasteners, catalogue parts, no proprietary tool anywhere on the bike.
A partner, for warranty workFrame cover is 24 months, motor and battery 12. Warranty work goes through a partner because the claim and the part have to travel together.
A partner, for a bike to sit onHeight is the one spec that makes a bike wrong rather than unsuitable, and the fit band only narrows it to two. The rest is a saddle.
Us, for two partsThe battery pack and the bottom-bracket torque sensor. The sensor fits the K01 and the K02; the pack is the same on all three.

Pick the model that fits you

They are not tiers — nobody has to grow into the other one. A shop with a workshop and a marketplace seller need opposite things from us.

  • Zero inventory, zero risk — no cash tied up, no unsold stock.
  • Discounted demo bikes for your showroom and test rides.
  • Keep the labour income — you bill assembly and setup.

Apply as a bike shopTypical setup: one demo bike, a QR card at the counter, a dealer code.

Online distributors

  • Dropshipping — we fulfil every order direct to the buyer.
  • Data feed / API — images, specs, stock and price auto-sync.
  • Channel rules — approved platforms only, no marketplace free-for-all.
  • Enforced price parity — uniform pricing and discounts, a floor under the price.
  • Clear RMA and returns workflow.
  • Priority stock and first access to new models.
Apply as a distributorWe approve the channel before the first listing goes live.
Two ways to work with us

Apply

A shop and a listing are different agreements and they ask for different things, so they are two forms rather than one with half the fields greyed out.

Apply as a shop

Twelve fields, and we answer with a name and a date rather than a brochure. Nothing here asks for a business plan.

What you already do
What a shop gets
  • Training on the hub motor, the torque sensor and the two displays — we come to you.
  • Parts at trade, including the two that are only ours.
  • A place on the map above, with your badges set to what you actually do.
  • Warranty claims handled with you rather than through you.
  • No exclusivity and no minimum before you are allowed to service a customer's bike. A rider who bought online is still your customer.

Apply as an online reseller

A reseller is always a business, so this one starts with a VAT ID — and the question in the middle is the one the whole page is about.

Platforms you sell on
Who would handle the warranty
What a reseller gets
  • A supply agreement, and a line in the table above — which is what lets a customer see that you are one of ours.
  • Frame numbers registered on the day they ship, so a warranty claim has a record behind it.
  • Product copy, photography and the spec sheet, in the languages you sell in.
  • A price we can both defend. We have already cut the retail price once because these bikes were being undercut across platforms; we are not going to supply the next round of that.
Before you apply

We pay to train a network rather than lock one in.
