Return & Refund Policy
At KINDYMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-bike purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns are not permitted after this 15-day period has elapsed.
Return Procedures
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Our Customer Service Team
Email us at support@kindyma.com within 15 days of receiving your order

Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
An RMA number is required for all returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted

Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely according to our return guidelines (see below)

Ship Your Return
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. KINDYMA cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returned items

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Important: We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments for any orders or returns.
Full Refund Eligibility (Within 14 Days)
To qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, all of the following conditions must be met:
✓ Contact KINDYMA within 15 calendar days of receiving your e-bike
✓ The e-bike must be in like-new condition: undamaged and free of wear, tear, dirt, dust, and odors
✓ The odometer must show less than 10 miles (16 km)
✓ Return the e-bike in its original packaging with all foam, cardboard, and protective materials
✓ Include all original items: battery, charger, keys, tools, manual, and accessories
✓ Obtain proper authorization and RMA number from KINDYMA
✓ Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return
Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days to your original payment method after our RMA department receives and inspects the e-bike.
Return Shipping & Handling Fees
For Non-Quality Issue Returns
If you are returning an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or quality issue, the following fees apply:

Note: These fees cover restocking, inspection, and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange Policy

Fee Waiver for In-Person Exchanges
If you return the original model to our warehouse in person and pick up the new model from our warehouse in person, we will waive the €180 exchange fee. Contact customer service to arrange an in-person exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
❌ Accessories (unless defective upon arrival)
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (each distributor, partner shop, or dealer has its own return policies)
❌ Items damaged by the customer
❌ Special orders or custom configurations
❌ Gift cards
❌ Giveaways or promotional free items
❌ Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria listed above
Quality Issues & Defective Products
If your e-bike or accessory arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately at support@kindyma.com with photos and a description of the issue
- Do not use the product if it appears damaged or defective
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for quality-related returns
- No restocking fees apply to defective or damaged products
Quality issue returns are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Claims
Warranty issues must be addressed separately from returns. If your e-bike has a warranty claim pending, it must be resolved before we can process a return for refund. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.
Return Shipping Recommendations
- Use a trackable shipping service (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
- Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment
- KINDYMA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Important Notes
- Returns are processed in the order they are received
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Partial returns are subject to the same fees and conditions
- KINDYMA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
- This policy applies to orders shipped within Europe only
