The frame and the rider it was drawn around. They share the motor, the 960 Wh pack, the range figure and the price — so the honest answer is not a spec, it is a height and a step-through.

All three ship with one. The factory builds no throttle-free configuration, so a bike without one cannot be supplied. If that is a problem where you ride, say so before you order rather than after it arrives.

All three are supplied set for EU road use — 250 W continuous, assistance to 25 km/h. How a throttle and a national classification interact differs by member state, so we answer that per country, in writing, rather than printing a badge on a page.

Tracking goes out the moment the bike leaves the workshop, to the address on the order. If nothing has arrived and the order says dispatched, the tracking email is the first thing to look for and we are the second.

We do. If a bike arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the listed spec, we pay the return shipping. Photograph the packaging before you unpack any further — that is the evidence that settles it in one reply.

Bike, manual, toolkit, battery, charger, front light, display, fenders, rear rack, reflectors, bell, cable binder, kickstand and suspension. The bike arrives most of the way built; the bar, the front wheel and the pedals are the rider's part.

They are not a Kimdyma accessory and they are not sold separately. They travel with the accessory shipment because customers asked for them, and no part of the purchase price covers them — so a refund claim based on the fenders is not one we accept. About 130 km on the K01 and the K02, 60–80 km on the K03. Those are eco-assist figures on flat ground at 20 °C with a 75 kg rider, and the conditions are printed next to the number everywhere it appears — a range figure without its conditions is a wish.

Because a colour screen glares on a night ride, and we tested it. The K01 and the K02 therefore carry a monochrome unit on the bar. The K03's colour unit sits in the frame, out of the sightline, which is why it can be colour.

Yes, and that is deliberate: standard fasteners and catalogue parts. The two things that are ours are the pack and the torque sensor, and the sensor fits both the K01 and the K02.

Read us the code AND which display you have — the K01 and K02 run a KT-LCD10H, the K03 a KT-INS01, and the same number means different things on the two. The manual in your box is the generic factory one and its defaults are not ours.

Frame, 24 months from delivery. Motor and battery, 12 months each. The controller is not covered, and nor is anything outside the motor and the battery. Extended cover adds 12 months of battery cover, is sold a year at a time, and has to be bought within 30 days of delivery.

Stop riding it. Intermittent power, a burning smell or a pack that will not seat is not a driveway job, and opening the controller ends the conversation about who pays. Photograph it, note the frame number, write to us.

If you bought from an authorised dealer, your warranty runs through that dealer — we cover the dealer and the dealer looks after you, so take the bike back to them.

If you bought on a marketplace, we cannot help at all. Listings there — AliExpress in particular — are frequently used bikes resold by other traders; the model-year badge is usually the giveaway. Whoever sold you the bike owes you the statutory guarantee, so the claim goes to them.
