Before you add it.
The day your current cover ends. The months are added to the end, not to today, so buying it early costs nothing in time.
Any time before your standard warranty ends — or, for a further year, before an extension you already bought ends. Enter your delivery date and the page tells you before you pay.
Because you can add the next year later, any time before your current cover ends. We email you before your warranty runs out, so there is no reason to pay for years you may not need.
The one you enter. Your cover is counted from it, so use the day the bike actually arrived.
The extension does not transfer. It is yours, not the bike's, and it ends when the bike is sold.
No. Extended warranty is only for bikes bought on kimdyma.com, with a Kim# order number. An order for any other bike is cancelled and refunded in full.
No. The two-year EU legal guarantee runs alongside it, and nothing here shortens it.
