The Kimdyma warranty, our support and genuine parts come with bikes bought here. A listing somewhere else is not sold by us — even when it uses our name and our photos — and we cannot answer for it.

Kimdyma bikes listed on Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Temu or in social-media shops are not sold by us.
Some are other bikes carrying our name and photos. Some are ours, bought in bulk and resold by shops that open and close. Either way the seller is not Kimdyma, and neither is the after-sales.
These are the Kimdyma bikes. That is the whole range.
A “Kimdyma” with another model name, another frame or another spec sheet is not one of ours.
The warranty is ours to give
The Kimdyma warranty and our support cover bikes bought on kimdyma.com. A bike from another seller is that seller's to support — we have no record of it and no way to repair it under warranty.
Shops that close take the after-sales with them
We have been contacted by riders whose marketplace shop had already disappeared. There was nobody left to claim from, and nothing we could honour.
A 960 Wh battery is not a detail
We cannot tell you what is inside a pack or charger we did not ship. Ours use Samsung cells and are the only ones we can vouch for.

- Check the modelIt has to be one of the bikes above — the same model name and the same frame.
- Not sure? Ask us firstSend us the link to the listing. We will tell you whether it is ours, usually within one working day.
Already bought one somewhere else?
Send us the frame number and where you bought it, and we will tell you honestly whether it is one of ours.
If it was not bought on kimdyma.com, the seller you paid is the one responsible for it — in the EU that includes the legal guarantee. We cannot cover it under the Kimdyma warranty.
